Queue for the brochure this morning and met a old auntie. Friendly and nice talking to her. Sometime I feel older estate people are kind and friendly.
Haha anyway...I'm not young anymore but to her I'm still young. Left the collection with a bye bye to her and auntie replied will meet again if are fated.
Hi All, nice to know you guys. I'm also one of families affected by sers. Our q for 4 room is terrible. Selection date on July. Btw, anybody knows what is the last q for 3 room?
Not sure. So far no one in this forum applied for 3R. Are you considering to switch to 3R?
My queue no for 4R ain't good too but since the supply is 1k+, we should be able to get a reasonably good unit.
Went for the brochure this morning, saw a guy qqing to the hdb officer about the price of site b balcony units not adhering to the guidelines set for 108sqm flats as per sers notice.
Guess alot of people have underestimated the price for top preferred units.
How about the 2k booking fee? Does it applies to us too?Hi guys,
Collected the brochures today. Enquired with hdb officer and there is no need to reapply HLE again as we have got our HLE approved during registration of the flat. We can use the same HLE to select the flat.

Hi guys, to add on I also checked that you can also secure a unit without HLE or bank letter of approval during the day of selection.however they are mandatory required when collecting keys. So must die die clinching to a job.
Is that the fee for purchasing Option to Purchase? How about the 2k booking fee? Does it applies to us too?
Is that the fee for purchasing Option to Purchase?

For people who bought Tanglin Halt/C'weath Drive after the SERS announcement, was it made known before that there is a need to pay $10,000 on top of the purchase price of replacement flat under SERS? This applies to anyone who is not the original SERS flat owners.
I thought only applies to SC/SPR household?
I quote document SOS/RST/SERSLEGEND/02022016
SERS flat buyers who are first timer Singapore Citizen/SC/SPR need to pay $10,000 premium.
5R documents from HDB. In the blue paper documents, first white sheet.
