Hi all,

I just got my router working with the modem.

many tks to Diavonex for sending me the screenshots and starting this thread.

Just something that I would like to share:

1. when entering your userid at your router page, rmb to add the @singnet
2. You need to wait for the wizard to restart your com for you when you are installing the residental cd
3. Password for your modem is the serial no and user id is Administrator

just follow the steps listed by Diavonex and you will be fine (hopefully). =)

if nothing goes wrong, you can complete the setup in 30 mins

If you still have problem, try this:

1. Connect ST536v6 to router's WAN port

2. Connect computer to router's LAN port

3. Set PPPoE (username and password) on router

4. Hard reset the ST536v6 for 10 to 12 seconds (use paper clip to poke hole behind ST536v6)

5. Surf the internet

Note: I you still can't connect, hard reset the ST536v6 a few more times.

thanks for the instructions. WIshed I had found it 2 hours earlier.

Perhaps you could edit the first msg to let everyone know the user-id and password are "Administrator" and your modem's S/N respectively. I'm sure I'm not the only one who got stuck at the login step!
