I'm surprised you can understand anything in details from that video unless you are the author... :s13:

I am very sure somewhere in the clauses says the payment is out of good will and not an admission of guilt....

End of the day they can sue to recover part of monies if they can prove in court that they are really finanically illiterate or maybe even outright illiterate... But to go on social media and start calling these a scam...? :s13:

Now since you have doubt I can understand anything in detail from the video, I presume you did not understand anything. Right?

And yet you comment as if you could tell this person is in the wrong. How can you do that when in the first place you could not see how anyone can understand.

Of course that is what was in the document he was expected to sign to get the compensation. I hope he did not accept and sign it. He should take that letter and go to Davinder Singh. And I am confident Davinder will again notch a win.

as to calling a scam, the legal definition of a scam is

the intentional use of deceit, a trick or some dishonest means to deprive another of his/her/its money, property or a legal right.

This fella is at the bank right ?

How come the customer service officer or bank manager never handle the difficult customer ...

.. instead the mata service him !
Well they called police coz he refused to leave the area and talking loudly and video the premises and other customers.. i think. Saying dbs scamming him or his parents is a serious allegation

I dont think they know nothing.

I believe its a case of greed. Now lost money claiming victim. I am not sure coz both side can claim innocent.

So its best to leave it to a judge who can judge based on available evidence.

Nowadays relationship manager is no difference from insurance agent. Will call you and try to sell you products. Last time is got any banking issue your rm will settle for you and some even personally come down to the bank branch to help u settle. Now is zero problem solving service and push products only. Alot is those fresh grads whose banking knowledge doubtful.

If you think he has as solid a case as you painted, don't even need davinder singh to win..... is that all you can think of when you think about lawyers?? Davinder Singh to personally handle such a case??? Must be bloody deluded.... :s13: :s13:

And it is called misrepresentation under contract law unless there was no actual product to speak of - scam will not be a civil case.

Really getting more signs you are the idiot in the video :s13:

No it's general knowledge - I am actually fairly confident that I am of average intellect and education.

Any time banks offer you returns of anything more than FD rates, even my mother who didn't finish primary school will have her doubts and ask her children first.

Unfortunately not everyone thinks the same

Some people do high risk stuff, when successful pocket the money, when fail ask for help. Suck resources from those who deserve it and drop TFR.

700k structured product from second vid? that's a lot of money!
Before selling such products, bank needs to determine the investor profile, yah?
See whether experienced investor or not. See whether got sources of income. See risk appetite . Ask how much can afford/ bear to lose?
No?
