Regardless of what Samsung model, share your settings!

Under display settings:

Auto brightness off. Set at 35% indoor, 45-50% outdoor.
Set to the highest screen resolution.
Blue filter on at maximum.
Night mode on.
Screen mode natural
Screen timeout 2 mins
Edge panels/lighting off
Navigation bar-full screen gesture with one hand operation app installed.

I hope eventually, people who read this thread get better battery after delving deeper into the settings. Shall share more if there are users supporting. If not ,just be it

I always turn on battery saving mode. Turn off auto-brightness and use manual brightness adjust because auto-brightness set the brightness many times brighter than I can see. Set dark wallpaper, night mode, try setting as many apps in dark mode as possible although some apps cannot use dark mode and browsing the internet using Samsung browser dark mode. Put all apps to sleep. Turn off notifications for most apps except those apps that I need notifications. Go developer options turn off all 3 animations setting and also uncheck everything under the background check. Turn off GPS, Bluetooth, wifi and mobile data when not in use. Turn on airplane mode when sleeping.

The most hassle thing to me is upon payment,I choose to key in the PIN rather than fingerprint auth so as to save more battery. It's fine since not a daily thingy.

I don't off mobile data/on airplane mode upon the phone on standby,just leave it as it is. I rarely use WiFi too since I have sufficient data usage.
I never put any app to zzz as I find there's no difference. Never really take the effort to off the notification, just wait and see which app prompts me unwanted notification then I'd turn off from there. Dark mode is efficient for AMOLED phones.

I off all. Device scanning and printing are on by default.

Last two are on by default.

I only keep this on. Very cool to write something straight after the spen gets pulled out.

Believe it or not, for the best battery life, stick with the original firmware. You can bash me but I think it's the truth. It applies across all brands. Once you updated, you gonna miss the previous firmware battery life unless you're a feature rich or performance user.

Now my Samsung m30s original firmware is Android 9. So is it I must no update to Android 10 for best battery Life??????

Can see that battery matters alot to you. You wanna take a risk? Or you try to Google can downgrade back to Android 9 before you upgrade?

My K20 pro China 4000mah got more then 8hr SOT.. Easily last me 1.5 days.

8h is not alot in today's standard unless your usage is streaming online video/blasting music entirely the 100% battery.

I mean from what I observed these years, software upgrade degrades a phone's battery life. You can take me a pinch of salt.

Yes I want good battery life. And a lot of bros and sisters here in edmw always complaint their battery life no good use the phone until almost dead but sot only 4-5 hours. I got read those mobile phone thread one that why I know

Like my 1 years plus old mi max 3, browsing internet using 4% battery normally sot is at least 60 minutes and above. Because of update the firmware too many times now is 4% sot 40 to 40 plus minutes.
