my post processing only helps to bring out the colour and fix some other minor issues.

end of the day, you still have to wait for the perfect timing before you take your shot.

with the sun in the sky, there is not much colour to speak of. wait for the sun to fall just below the horizon, this is when all the colours will come out and you still can use the long exposure technique without having to wait for too long.

that is why understanding how light works, is very important in photography.

for the technical data, this is a HDR of 3 exposure(-2, 0, +2) shot with canon 10-22 plus B+W ND110 10 stops ND filter.
