so far zero complaints about the r9 pro. i actually feel the screen is better than the s25 ultra in terms of vibrancy and it runs cooler.......

Is there any shops that have physical demo units of Sharp phones?

When the Sense 10 and Wish 5S were released, they didn't get added to the older demo units on display. Then later on, all display units just got removed altogether. They used to be at Challenger outlets, but now totally gone.

My sense8 started having green tint screen bleeds at the edges

Isn't this mostly an lcd issue, oled will also?

It only just started? I noticed the green tint on mine pretty early after i got it. I like to swipe my phone before going to bed. So, dark mode and low brightness will show the green tint very easily. It's a common issue for the whole Sense 8 series. It's also slightly noticeable on my R8s Pro. Bit of a glow along the edges.

There is an option in a Troubleshooting menu that will lower the level of green tintedness. And if your device is still on warranty, i heard they will exchange to Sense 9 for you. I kept mine because i wanted the "Made In Japan" phone.

Dang, 1 year warranty just up. Tried the troubleshooting green tint option but don't do much. Same the green glow only happens at darker times

Quite a hindrance since the bezels are kinda fat so the green portion do standout alot

Price hike as well, probably will be 1399 sgd if it comes here

At this point you might as well consider the find X9 standard instead, since it has no more microsd support

Main reason i got Sharp phones was because they are one of the last few brands to keep the MicroSD slot. R11 is an easy skip for me since they now removed it. Now just wait for the Sense 11 coming end of the year.

Reading this they mentioned Japan and Taiwan but not Indonesia and Singapore

I have a feeling they will pull back

If you want to import the arrows alpha. 512gb + microsd and dimensity 8350

Worth it

Think Sony Xperia 10 VIII can consider since that should be retaining sd slot, probably headphone too?

But 10 VII last year(before the ram/storage crisis) was only limited to 8/128GB, i think they gonna be even more GG this year

Press release doesn't mention Singapore or Indonesia

Sharp did register their Sh-M35Sg and Sh-M36Sg models few months back. Though i wouldn't be surprised if they decided to pull out of SG. They likely don't sell very well here with their price point.

Ya, i currently have the Xperia 1VIII 1TB model on pre-order, waiting for collection. Just a little disappointed that there's one lesser model with MicroSD card in the market going forward.
