Not surprising at all... they tend to eat customers rewards when they think we are not keeping track...., u just have to keep calling/ email to "remind" them...

dun say small platforms like this... Even major banks also will also chut this pattern to eat rewards rightfully due to us... esp those rewards suppose to be credited to our accounts a few months down the road...

Totally agree. There were a few special big cashback i made purchases and they refused my cashbacks. Wrote in and they either say purchase cannot be tracked or i am not qualified. Cannot be bothered to argue with them anyway is their game.

Same, maybe the company in financial troubles?

After reassurances from same cs that Monday will be crediting the stamp and save **, after writing in to ask why haven't so, a fresh new cs replied saying will get back in 14 days. Lol. Seems like a drag-on game

Their standard answer -> will get back in 14 days

Recently i also have a lot cashback rejected also..

Does anyone know if redmart under lazada entitled cashback? I can't find it in shopback website now....

I just got the stamp and save cashback. I never contact them before. Guess it's a case of "It's ready when it's ready!"

Lazada and Shopback had an ugly breakup. There will be no more cashback on anything to do with Lazada.

Lazada is no longer a small fish requiring referral from shopback. People buy on Lazada anyway.

Dunno leh. Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 are all same same. Quite common to see the exact same vendors, opening shop in all 3 platforms, selling the exact same things, at the exact same price. Sometimes, Shopback rebate will be the deciding factor for me when deciding which platform to purchase from.
