I just got the stamp and save cashback. I never contact them before. Guess it's a case of "It's ready when it's ready!"
U so lucky

Dunno leh. Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 are all same same. Quite common to see the exact same vendors, opening shop in all 3 platforms, selling the exact same things, at the exact same price. Sometimes, Shopback rebate will be the deciding factor for me when deciding which platform to purchase from.
Lazada, or any other e-commerce, can give member voucher directly to offset purchase. Why use shopback?
Can stack shopback on top of those vouchers right?
That's why Lazada don't use shopback any more.
no more stacking.
Which is why i stopped using Lazada, unless it's for something not found on the other platforms (almost never happens). Other platforms let me stack. Lazada doesn't. It's a no-brainer.
There are times that Lazada offers vouchers. Don't tell me you prefer the little cashback from Shopback.
Shopback is a distraction to Lazada marketing. If Lazada wants to attract customers, it can just offer voucher directly. It is more effective and targeted.
All ecommerce platform offer vouchers, at the end of the day just go with the one that offer the lowest price (all offers in) for the same product.
but they all partner different banks/merchants etc and with different platform vouchers.
shopback was probably just noise around the edge for Lazada.
All things equal if shopback give the small savings that makes the differentiating factor, then why not?

are all things equal?
Plus, who pays shopback? Why pay?
Are things not equal? Are Lazada vouchers better than it's competitors? I'm not seeing it. Lazada and the other platforms pays shopback. And they earn it back from us, the consumers. However, now that Lazada has stopped paying shopback, i'm not seeing a noticeably better deal. Looks like Lazada has simply pocketed the cost savings.
put you in Lazada's shoes.
Shopback refers your own member to your sales. What exactly value does shopback provide?
The same why Grab drops shopback once it is large enough platform.
Ain't all business try to earn more and pay less? Ain't you as a consumer?
Gotten $2 instead of $8 on 12 March.. din pursue further after that...
