Yup I drained the Mobil 1 0W40 and replace it with Mobil 1 5W30 and top it off with Capco MT-10 oil additive and I can immediately feel the difference in throttle response.

The car feels lighter and accelerates better and faster.

anyways oil additives , ask the shop show you approved lab tests .. if not it is snake oil..

lighter weight oil without additive , you should already feel like car is faster to accelerate because it is lighter weight oil.. but thicker oils tend to give better protection especially in older cars as metal will start to wear and tear over time
