I think Xander13 is right. I attended the induction on 13 July and was told the time has changed from 10am to 12noon. It should be 7july, can refer to the offer letter.
Btw, I am from biz mgt (part time), chose HR as my minor.

Any kind seniors can give advice on what minors to choose from marketing and human resource?

which minors are easier to score?

for those in the july intake(bbm), which minors u all are going to choose? :)

have a headache on which minors to choose at the moment.. appreciate if someone can help/share

By the way, I am taking BBM PT. I hope my experience will help you.

For BBM student regardless FT or PT, we are taking both core modules as well as minor modules.

Core modules normally the code will start with BUSM XXXX while minor modules will depend what minor you select.

There are 3 minors to select and mainly marketing, HR and Business finance.

Since I took up marketing module for my minor, I can share with you abit of marketing modules. All the marketing modules are required to do group assignment. An average of 4-6 people in a group, thus you require to meet for discussion quite often. If you are those type do not like to do group work, I suggest you choose business finance or HR.

For HR and business Finance, I heard from my friends that they do have group assigment but not as many as Marketing modules. I do not know much about it so I will not commence further.

For all the core modules, an individual assignment is expected. Not forgetting, all modules will have final exam.

Thus if you do well in your assignments plus work abit harder on exam, you should be ale to score credit and above for your modules.

Enrolment into your course is compulsory.

Induction is just a session to help students out just slightly before, or after commencement of course. At the session, they'll teach you how to site referencing, as how we'd be required to, in our assessments. Although we have been exposed with notes (soft copy) on how to site referencing, this session is just a help out to assist further to those who may be slightly blur and don't understand what's in the notes (like for myself, so I'll definitely be attending). It's not compulsory at all.

the login ID is a small s, not S. Likewise for password, p and not P, with a ! at the back.

Eg.
s1234567
p19910630!

Nope, unable to download yet. Am able to get the timetable though. Anyway can anyone double confirm the link pathway to the RMIT courseware notes?
