Actually part time very hard to have orientation, even if they open up for us to join, very little people will join as they will be working and studying. If you are eager to join, you can call them and ask whether there are any accounting students applying for the orientation, or else you will be camping with business management and marketing students..LOL!

If i never remember wrongly, inducement session is waste of time one, it is exactly the same thing as enrolment session. Intro about your course and many rubbish etc, then about talk about CPA Australia. (But don't see le jiu don't go ah, later heng heng this semester they pop up something new, don't blame me ah)

And intro accounting was already quite tough at the beginning as i don't have any accounting background at first, more practice makes perfect and i did well for that module. But management accounting should be very difficult ba, i heard from my lecturer that many students complaining about management accounting and there are actually high failure rate very semester.

This is what my friend told me on facebook about the module:
• dont know what they teach de
• the assignment also kns, got mistake one
• i damn happy accounting modules gone
• freaking hate management acc
• ur first few chapters u sure will be shocked
• english based accounting terms
• donno all these u r screwed
• just spend more time to study

LOL!

I haven't find job yet, see this semester can cope anot first. If can cope then i will finding ba. But accounting related jobs i think we still not up to it yet ba, i only know the basic fundamentals, if they throw you the job that you don't know how to do, GG. Better learn finish management and financial accounting first ba.

Hello... do you guys know if the grades of your dip module affect getting into advance 2? i have a biz dip and im planning to do adv 2 on econs and finance (only jan intake for FT -.-). i didnt do well for my mircoecons and business stats but i didnt fail also....

It's really difficult to find A level holder here. I started this thread and up to now(since Jan), you are the first.
