Haha! I was trying to sound optimistic. But If given the chance, I would go for the scholarship. Since you already subconsciously have this negative connotation of msia, I have no power to sway you, SIM will be your ultimate choice.

yea, its only this 2. About the cost of living, from what i heard from my fren who is studying thr, ordinary economic rice would easily cost around MYR 6-7. Rental for single room would be around MYR800-900 per month o.0

No lea, scholarship agreement only says cover full tuition fee, n 1 more condition, need to contribute 280 hours of unpaid work to the uni per year. I've called n ask them about it, work may include every week allocate few hours working in ur chosen department like library, admission, and etc, doing stuff like repair books, photostat, and etc OR b student tutor, all r counted under the 280 hours but its unpaid lol.
