1.00 – 2.00pm Registration @ Bamboo Courtyard (in between LT1.09A & LT1-17)

2.00 - 3.00pm Administrative advice highlights
· UOL regulations
· Programme Calendar
· UOL online application and registration
· eCourse Selection and Confirmation (eCR)
– Courses and Timetable selection
– Course fee payment

3.00 – 3.15pm Library briefing

3.15 – 3.45pm Break (Light refreshments will be provided)

3.45 – 4.45pm Academic advice on degree structure and course selection
Breakout session

The enrolment session is a very important briefing and unless you happen to be out of the country, attendance is compulsory.

The Enrolment Talk is strictly for registered students for the SIM-UOL programme. Friends and relatives will not be allowed to accompany students into the lecture theatre.

On the day of the enrolment talk, you are advised to come early as we are expecting huge turnout for the enrolment talk.

Date : 23 July 2012
Time : 9.00am – 7.00pm
Venue : Blk A, LT 4-04 (Level 4), SIM Headquarters

Both the Freshman Orientation Day and Orientation Camp (see below) are organized by the SIM-UOL Student Representative Council (SRC). There will be many fun-filled activities lined up and new students will have the opportunity to network and make new friends!!

The scholarship requires at least 3 As for a levels and 3/4 gap for poly I think.. U can still apply for it during uni if u get 2nd upper class and above .. That's what I roughly know.

for bursary, if your academic performance is good, you can try applying it in year 2. if ur jc/poly result is good, maybe you can apply in year 1

bursary is 2k , 1 sem tenure

Nah it's up to you to go or not. For me, I don't like this kinda stuff so i wouldn't attend.
