Are the interest rate among all the banks the same? How about posb?

nope is different from bank to bank. same for the repayment period and etc.

i didn't go for posb because they only got the standard repayment method.

for RHB i will only need to pay interest during my period of study then principal amt aft grad. and for the interest.. if let say july i pay sch fees and jan exam fees.. july till jan i only pay interest for sch fees.. jan onwards till the next time i need to pay anything.. it will be sch fees + exams fees interest. something like that. hope this helps

it is more or less about the same.. maybe plus minus abit. if i rem correctly RHB is 4.68% some is ard 4.88 some ard 5.. thereabouts.. cannot really rem cos it was awhile back when i did my research.. hahas
