Yes I still want to continue accounting. But I am only worried that I cannot hope with the heavy load in my final year.

saying that you want to continue accounting, I assume that not only academically you want to continue accounting, as a career you also want to venture into accountancy.

if that is the case, then there is no point that you change your course.
the best you can do is probably to take POA/ME/FM next year, then in your final year, take FR/MA/AUDIT. yes it may be tough for your final year but that is the effort that you have to make.

Hi all.

AnF student reaching year 3 and going to decide on the last free module.
Heard MSM and MM are easy to score?
MM stands for managment math?
I've done MSM so left with one last free 200/300 module.
But I'm open to any advice, not just MM or ESAP(another I heard that is possible to score).
Just shoot me any module you find a higher rate of score/time spent for you with your reasoning.

Or possibly, there is no such thing as a higher rate of time score/time spent thing and I'm just dreaming too hard to gain without paying it. But still, I'm searching for something to complete the list. Just Recommend me whatever you feel is most suited.

yes people may feel offended, take mockery on this or whatever. But I'll face it.
Not the time for me to play the pride game and put all the pressure on. End of day, I'm probably just an average person or even worse, not smart at all. I've decided rather to be practical this time and "less is more".

Show me the public wisdom and many thanks for any advice.

Hi all, appreciate some advice here.

Currently a B&F student year 2 due to bridging. I failed my CF and Macro econs.

Since I am under the new regulation, SIM told me that I could only take 5 modules next acad year.

May I know does that include self study module? I intend to take 5 and self study 1.

Thanks.

Yes. The 5 modules include self-studying mod

Hi.

I am going to be year2 Business student.
Failed soci.

Planning to take POA, Ebiz, MSM and MM.

Should I take POM in year2 or year3?
If i take POM and CF/FM together in year3, will it be too much??

Any suggestions??

Thanks.

This sounds just like me! I failed PSOC in 1st year too.
I think you can take POM in year 2, 2 quantitative and 2 qualitative better?

hey any seniors can give their view on Maths2 Stat2??

Very tough subjects. Especially Stats 2. I think it's the worst subject I ever took. Strongly recommend against Mr. Kumar, heavy accent and notes are not helpful at all. Questions with solutions provided are full of errors which he did not bother to amend after I pointed it out to him several times. I attended only 5 lectures, scored 61. Pure self-study. Choose your lecturer wisely cause it's a really tough subject. Worse than econs.

For Maths 2, practice practice and practice. I recommend Meena as lecturer as she shows how to solve problems in class step-by-step (prepare to copy alot) and she provides full solutions to tutorial questions and past year papers. If you do all the materials she's given you, confirm pass nicely.

Good luck!

From what I know, MM has change the format of the paper and therefore many of them cannot finish the paper in the given 3 hours. If you good in essay, the ESAP can be alternative.
Another easy to score will be EBiz .

EBiz is about the hardware and software of IT. No programming involved, we will studied about how IT can help the organisation and how is the structure of the IT within the organisation. It's more on how business to business works and how business to consumers works. As long as you study, it's a rather easy module to clear.

Hello I wanna ask something! I'm going to second year, and have 6 more modules for the 2 years (due to exemptions). Am I allowed to take 3 modules per year? Or will I die die be forced to take 4 modules for my 2nd year?

I thought of that too!
Considering taking POA, MM, Ebiz, POM
Sounds better? Then I get more chance of having quantitative in year 3 as well.

Btw, do you know how is HRM??
