If they do not have IPv6, then why they wrote this article ?

I do have IPv6 working for quite some time, until suddenly, it stop working totally. Called up support, and the agent mentioned they can't configure IPv6 on the ONT.

If you are on ONT, you may try to do a direct connection to your PC/Mac.
I see. So I am not the only one having the problem. I guess someone at Simba screwed up with the IPv6 configuration. :(

i also can't get it working with Simba sim. I think there is no such option in the SiM setting. while changing to other Sim ST the vowifi option appears.
My VoWifi with Simba SIM is working fine. I can see the option and tested working.
Fyi, I am using Samsung S23.

For the SIMBA Fibre Broadband users here, what do the terms and conditions say about the out-of-contract pricing? Thanks.

1. Unfortunately that is usually the case for both Singtel and M1.

Basically they expet you to recontract with them (or just move out if you are not happy with the recontract offer).

M1 is probably okay as they may well give you decent recontract offer, at least same as new users.

Singtel used to be okay as per my past experiences. But then my recent experience is not good. They just refused to give you a decent recontract offer (my expectation is not high: just need to be similar to new sign-up, and I was even willing to a pay a bit more). So I moved out to M1.

Legacy plans were better -- Singtel 500Mbps, M1 500Mbps and Starhub 500 Mbps would usually keep the same pricing even out-of-contract. I was out of contract for Singtel 500Mbps and Starhub 500Mbps for quite some years last time.

2. Starhub may be a bit better. It is said the out-of-contract pricing will be the same for the S$30-ish 5Gbps offer back in late 2024 and early 2025. Need to check recent promotions.

3. eight home internet is good -- out-of-contract pricing remains the same.

4. Need to check MR/VQ/WC/SIMBA/GOMO for out-of-contract pricing.

WhizComms publishes their out-of-contract pricing in Clause 1.8 of their contract. Their highest out-of-contract price is currently S$35 per month.

Hi if I sign up for M1 broadband from simba, do I need to manually call simba to cancel contract or it will auto terminate?

Hi, any idea if out of contract existing SIMBA broadband customers can get the launch promo 29.99/m with FREE WiFi 7 (10G) ONR (worth $699) and FREE 2 X Huawei OptiXstar WiFi 7 (2.5Gb router (worth $598)? Do I just sign up online as per usual or have to go to shop to sign contract? Thank you

If I'm not wrong, you need to call or email Simba Customer Service at least 35 days before your contract ends to terminate it.
