How is the reception in underground areas?
For condo carpark some place same as singtel no signal but some place where singtel have tpg either low reception or no signal
Anyway at reservist now at jc2

Using m1 and tpg I notice tpg signal is slightly weaker

Tpg needs more time to get a wider coverage I guess. But their plans are really attractive.

Yap, still quite bad. Especially if those shopping center setup safe entry at car park. Your phone may not work and you get caught by surprise. Must carry physical token as a backup.

Most telco has problem providing network coverage in condo.

- Condo mcst not willing to provide free space to install equipment.
- Condo residences complaint to mcst that equipment ugly or scare signal affect health.

They usually make use of nearby HDB to provide signal to condo. So signal unlike will hit into condo basement carpark due to the condo design.

I have a personal line but it seems like it is always ringing. I'm hoping to get a work line so that i can separate out work and personal
Can just get a number on TPG to try?
If cannot fit ur usage then port out.

Assuming that number can be your "work" line.

Hi, anybody using TPG line for work line? is it stable? i am thinking of changing to TPG for work line
I am using TPG for workline with a low end Vivo phone which doesnt have LTE. So I use the TPG volte app to make phone calls. Else I only just use it for whatsapp, thats about it. So far so good, and given its only $10 so it not harsh on the wallet too. :)

I ported my giga line to TPG and just collected the TPG sim card today. But when I inserted the SIM card into my phone, there is no signal even when I selected TPG SG. When I check my Account in TPG login page, my TPG plan is still pending activation. Is this normal? Or the salesperson did not activate my card during the collection of the SIM card?

yes, similar zero1, no temp number given, only after port successfully then got signal, for my case ard 12am-1am

your giga line should be still usable before 11pm on porting day.

Thanks. You are right. My giga line has no signal now. Neither do I get signal from the TPG line. So, which means that there will be a period of time where I will no signals.
Will to wait for TPG to activate, should be soon ....

Based on my experience, it's likely to be around 12:15-12:30am or so, service resume on TPG.
But as usual, some services might not fully work at the start, need a few hours to days (for some services).

I did the same day yesterday (transferring from GOMO to TPG), no temporary number. The GOMO line is terminated this morning and then I received an email from TPG that the port in is successful and then I insert the TPG SIM card and everything is ok thereafter.

You are right, start to receive TPG signal at 12.20am and also received an email from TPG that the port-in is successful and activated.
