you mean porting from other telco's prepaid sim to TPG postpaid? If you mean this, I paid $10 (cash only) which I think this is the first month's subscription but I aren't 100% sure on this though.Hi, how much is the fees?
Currently this prepaid is used by my parent who relies on wifi at home, and almost impossible to use data outside which is very painful especially during this period when TT safe-entry is everywhere. I did ask the TPG staff if its possible to port the prepaid sim to TPG's senior citizen $5 plan, but the staff says only possible IF i convert the prepaid to postpaid in the same telco, then portover to TPG on senior plan. However prepaid to postpaid, M1 wanted to charge me $30 for admin fees which I don't agree so I didn't do it.
Anyway, now is the waiting time. The TPG staff did warn me, there is a small group of prepaid port to TPG postpaid may face up to 5 working days waiting time. Else normal should be around 2 working days. Either ways, the prepaid sim is still workable actually.
