Do VoLTE, VoWiFi, and iMessage work?

Simba doesn't work for travelers, major problems with roaming connectivity. Doesn't work in Hong Kong or Vietnam for me. If you plan to travel, don't count on it.

Tested on samsung s9, sony xperia 5iii, iphone 12. No service at all, refuses to connect to a network. My parents also couldn't get it to connect in Europe.

Really regretting switching to this, i can't even receive my sms otp and Simba has been unable to solve the problem for 2 weeks+

I email them liao but no reply... Meanwhile the one time vibrate is damn hard to notice. Missed all calls alr

Ya, v jialat. I think they offer this "free roaming" so ppl will be guinea pigs as beta tester, paying them to sort out all their problems.

Email ping pong with them, they have different instructions like try this apn, then try that apn, etc etc, all cannot work.

The free roaming was one of the reasons for my sign-up, however, to my surprise, their 4G is pretty strong

Wahlau, just realise since morning until now I can't receive/make calls

Roaming works fine. But they already state, your line need to be active 48H in Singapore before being roaming ready.

You cannot collect sim card now and go other country tomorrow. Must at least 48H on SIMBA network.

I've set APN on internet and tpg before. Both works, and roaming works.

VoLTE and iMessage yes.
VoWiFi no. Please use SIMBA Voice.

SIMBA doesn't have a dedicated carrier profile unlike the Big Three.

Did you follow the instructions laid out by them before you leave?

My friends had no issue in HK and some parts of Europe.
