Just ported-in my other number to SIMBA. Super fast again! All were done within 8 hours from signed-up online, sim card collection to port-in completes. Amazing indeed! :giggle:

30-01-2023:
1600 hrs: Signed-up SIMBA online with port-in.
1700 hrs: Self collected the new sim card with immediate sim card activation over the counter.
2300 hrs: Current telco line terminated.
2354 hrs: Port-in to SIMBA completed with Roaming ready right after that.
This is very fast service

Recently, I noticed that certain places will get stuck, without signal or very low signal, till not able to browse internet. This is not happen early of previously. I am not the only one.

I am wondering is SIMBA not able to cope with the customer expansion. Is any brother here feel the same?
Coverage depend on area. Orchard road Tpg signal is stronger

yep, I'm facing this problem too. Ever since they changed name to simba, the network signal for my residence has became rather weak. Before that, whole house can get signal and able to use data no problem. But after that only study room and living room can get signal. Bedrooms, kitchen and toilets totally nothing. And recent months it has became so bad only study room can get intermittent signal. Will port out to heya to give it a try once all the balance amts in my account has been used up. Got another sim on m1 no problem throughout entire house.

U try heya before? How’s the coverage like? I see that they are on a monthly top up basis. Not sure can be on recurring credit up payment a not

I am not restricted to my residence, but out of residence, for places that I usually go, facing problem recently. Wondering if too much subscriber causes the system overload.
