I can still find it in PlayStore using S23U.. Is S23U considered "newer" phone?

doesn't sound like so. The whole app can work solely on user's device, no need server

My Asus (ZE552KL) bought in 08Sep2016, can.
Android OS is version 08.

RenoZ's OS is 11.

Indeed strange.. Even newer OS/Phones like S23U can install and use. Maybe u wanna google for local apk for TPG-Lity?

Or if u use telegram, u wanna PM me your telegram @username and I see if I can send u the APK extracted from my phone.

Anyway, it's more accurate using the SIMBA app then TPG-Lity (Super Roam 50 is not reflecting correctly) and the sms authentication is not longer required every time now. Just suka suka occasionally required sms.

for free idd i think need voice APP to call oversea..native call oversea only for deduct credit.

I suspect your number still short of 1 number. I tried to call that number u posted, it will not go thru.
I tried calling my JB colleague number, can go thru.

Edit: I just check with my JB colleague, she mentioned that your number is still short of 1-2 numbers. Depending on which telco does that number belongs to, should need to have example, 14 , 17 , 18 etc after the +60.. U need to find out the full number as the number you provided is definitely still short. (This is what she told me)

So the number must be similar to +60 xx 7 336 3486 (Just an example) Maybe those from our neighbours can help to correct me.

I am using iPhone and I can dial using the native dialer to Malaysia number. I do not have credit inside my account as I am using credit card to deduct monthly.

that no is xiaomi at mid valley. I got it fr website.
