Hi butties, can I ask if my dad now using Singtel prepaid number, can I port over this prepaid number to Simba Senior Plan?
Yes. It's possible. But you can't do it online though. You have go down to their service centres or sim collection centre to port.

Is it normal for SIMBA to have such slow internet? Using two sims.

Singtel has 60mbps
SIMBA is 6mbps….

both are full signal in raffles area. Other areas also the same actually.
IMHO.
SIMBA 6 Mbps still usable, so it is ok.

May I know how is the Shopee top up like?

They will give a code or something after purchase?

During purchase,u have to key in your Simba number in the message. The seller will auto top up to the number within mins after your payment. U will receive sms and also can check in the app.

All plans I think. My postpaid plan didn't link cc from since I ported in. Top up with Shopee using coins much cheaper since can use Shopee coins. Also no need to worry about overseas roaming. Will auto deduct from wallet.

Enter your number at Message before placing order. Have to enter correct number as sellers have disclaimer no refunds for wrong number.

Haven't received my $5 yet. Maybe try another vendor for the top-up

thanks for all the replies. so if I top up, the credit will go towards my monthly payment instead of deducting thru cc is it? or will the credit only go towards extra charges (on top of my plan e.g roaming charges)?

Yes will go towards monthly payment and not just extra charges. But do note your credit left must fully cover your month subscription for it to be deducted from your balance. For example, if your balance only has $20 and your plan is $25/mth, SIMBA won't deduct $20 from your balance and $5 from your CC. It will deduct $25 straight from your CC and your $20 balance will be left untouched.

Yup. Noticed the changes also recently. Sounds more refined and like making a voice call over 4G (volte). I remember Singtel Prepaid, the dailing tone very old school
Just found out if SIMBA to SIMBA call will sound like overseas ringtone. When other network (e.g StarHub/ circles… etc) call to SIMBA will be normal ring tone
