Try opening the App before accepting the incoming call. That worked for me the last time I tried.

top up should be immediate if you top up from the app or in stores. thereafter, the excess data will be deducted from your wallet balance.
It will be $1/GB for local data

Totally silent. While my friend tried to call me. The Simba voice is working silent..no incoming

yes it's possible, but you need visit their service centre to make the change. $5
Hi, I'll be traveling to Cambodia soon and later to various destinations in Europe. Currently, I have a SIM-only 100GB plan. According to what I've read in this thread, is it correct that I just need to top up the money in the SIMB App to use my iPhone in Cambodia? Does this also mean that as long as I top up money, I can use it in Europe too? Any particular setup I need to do when touch down (turn on data roaming?) Thanks in advance.
You have stated correctly.
Topping up the wallet is just to ensure your continued connection if your quota is used up. If not used up the balance in the wallet will not be deducted.
Just enable Data Roaming in your phone, that's all you need to Roam overseas.

Ya so far can only choose $10 denomination using shopee or Simba online. need to top up $10 and $5. Ie need to throw away the card and buy new one better lol

(1) $10.50 per month (every 30days).
* After 10mths, total deduction from SIMBA wallet should be ($10.50 x 10) = $105.
* Top up of $105 to your SIMBA wallet can be provided EXACTLY by 10 x $10 top up + 1 x $5 top up
(OR 5 x $20 top up + 1 x $5 top up. Yes, top up can be done via Shopee or other methods).
(2) Alternatively,
+ Ensure you've a valid credit / debit card details in your SIMBA account.
+ Use up your SIMBA wallet such that there is less than $10.50 left.
+ Then subsequent monthly plan deduction will be EXACTLY $10.50 from your credit / debit card every month (every 30days).
Based on the above, I do not see what's the problem.
(Unfortunately) If you -- somehow deem that the above is a problem -- then you should port out of SIMBA to other telcos, then you no need to worry about the above anymore.

Is the SuperRoam Max the best plan if I'm staying in Beijing for 3 weeks, 1 week in Singapore, 2 weeks in KL, 1 week in Singapore and repeat?
I usually get the ICC sim card for Beijing. But will now have to be stationed in KL for 2 to 3 weeks each month.
I am currently holding Simba and Circles Life ($0) sim cards. Don't really want to get more sim cards.
Phone don't support e-sim.
