I heard that Senior plan is categorized as a Prepaid card. Not Postpaid...

Therefore....

However, please check the faq on SIMBA to be sure.

I'm on the SIM-Only 100GB plan. Can't see on my dashboard when's the renewal period.

I want to change my plan to the SIM-Only 200GB plan. How will the billing be? Shall I change it when I'm nearing the billing cycle end date or?

All seems fine now - maybe need to be more patient?

Just to update:
- She didn't receive any of my SMS but I did received hers.

- Phone calls using default phone app are no issues.

hi all. i am in malaysia now. gonna exceed the free 1gb roaming soon. can i check…upon exceed, it would auto provide another gb? and it would deduct $4 from my simba wallet? i don’t need to do anything else…right?

Just wanna cfm as i can’t find any info online, and worried i got stranded without data in case i am wrong on the above..

Will become pay per use once your free 1gb is up.. Billed at $0.04 per 10mb block. 1gb = $4.. It's on the website faq if I remember correctly.

Yes deduction will be from your wallet but not the full $4 will be deducted at once eg Group A destinations = $4 per GB / $0.04 per 10MB ie 4 cents per 10MB - pay as you used.

Just switched to SIMBA a few weeks ago. The network definitely pales in comparison to Singtel/Starhub/M1 and it's MVNOs partners. I was from Redone (which rides on Singtel), and it was faster and stable than SIMBA. Abit regret for switching, but the cheaper price is their selling point. I'll give it another 3months or so. If no imrpovement, i'll switch to another MVNO.

Yup 20 Mbps or less is typical for me too - Sembawang.
For my usage, fortunately, is ok.

Hopefully this will encourage SIMBA to maintain Seniors Plan at $5 😂

Basic usage i tink is ok but the reception is poor at my place sian.

Simba excess local / roaming data chargeable? last time simba just stopped u from using when limit is reached.
