Senior plan is postpaid, have to stay 2 months or pay fee of $30 for early termination.
Meaning to say she will have to go top-up $5 again ya , since she did that the first time already .

So once this time is done , she can terminate at the end of the period right ?

Does she still have to write in or like the Simba lady at a random handphone shop told us , just let it lapse. After 30 days no payment ,it will auto cancel ?

Yes, 2nd month of service, before 25th day, please request for termination/port out.
Can let it lapse too, but suggest to write in so that there is no future repercussions if want to sign up for SIMBA again.

Ok thanks for the advice. We didn't really know about all these .

Probably the sim card is faulty, had the same problem before. I will get "No service" intermittently. Need to change to airplane mode and back to fix.

Their CS told me go down to their service center to change for free
An update on this: I popped out the SIM card, wiped it with some IPA, and popped in back in. No more issues reported.

Issit just me?

When I'm at east coast park, tanah merah and changi my signal will drop and change to indo network...


Other than switching off data roaming what else can I do to prevent my phone from getting to other network and getting unwanted mobile charges?

Hi , just ported over to simba.
i am using the postpaid $12 plan.

Question is for postpaid plan do i need to put money in the “Account Balance”?

I'm in the 3rd week into using Simba for my second line. Sporadically, there will be occasions when I could not call out; the call will be auto-terminated without getting the other side to ring. Toggling airplane mode off and on again make it work, most of the time. I read similar accounts in this thread. :(
To where? Same here. Tried calling NEA direct and no dial tone and cannot get through. Have to use the voice app.

Last time when it was TPG also similar issues. Some banks / govt agencies / companies cannot reach me at all.
