I received this SMS message from TPG on 17/09/2020:

"We migrated blah blah blah.... However, you have not updated your payment details..... If no updates by 08/10/2020, your service will cease."

My CC details already there inside when I login leh... Very strange....

Anyway, they have prematurely cease my service since few days ago. Now, no internet and unable to make calls at all... "Your call is not accepted..."

Think will just leave it go totally dead since service is unpredictable at this moment.

Anyone got luck using the TPG 4G App with Android 11 yet? My pixel 4a still can't make or receive calls cause TPG doesn't support volte for p4a, need the app.

Huh serious??? No hotline to call? Thinkin of keepin one line. Now i think better let all lapse. So unstable. How come still let them operate here.

got that same problem since one week ago for my mobile phone for navigation / music. maybe should just port to RedOne since 3GB is enough for me

E-mail them will take a super long time for them to reply.

You verify that your APN is set to TPG?

IMHO.
Any you think that Singtel don't have issues ?

1. Quite sometime back, when driving along a certain area in Seng Kang, the voice network connectivity will drop. Also, sometime back, intersection of TPE and CTE area also similar. My mobile will make beeping sound.

2. Quite sometime back, connected to the nearest 3G base station with 4/5 out of 5 bars. No internet, no voice and no SMS. Most part of the day cannot. Took quite a while to resolved. Asked me to use Voice over WIFI. Unfortunately, I'm behind a firewall and dual SIM.

Important Information - Singtel Dual SIM cannot support VoLTE and VoWIFI.

3. Recently, brief moments of internet connectivity intermittent, SAFE ENTRY cannot check out. Can't recall the locations.

I know people using TPG within their usual areas, no issues.

anyone tried to transfer an existing line to parent's name for the senior plan?

I think difficult to get help from TPG when they are not replying email and fb message.

Sign up new line would be faster (u lost the numbers)

How do I terminate TPG line? No need anymore. Emailed them liao. Scare they don't respond and still charge me $10.

Their account login got no such options.

Now TPG sms me to convert Trial to Paid line. Shall I convert or continue to use? :)

u might need to search for a person called sarah in the thread and pm that guy that did email her to get her to terminate your tpg line.
