My Starhub Contract is getting over this month, can I port to TPG $10 plan? How is their network? Any more billing issues?

Incase if I didn't like TPG connection, How long should I need to wait to port to another operator.

Network bo underground coverage (on selected MRT lines).

Voice call required using APP or a support VoLTE device.

Not sure if the billing issue been resolved.

Does all VOLTE Supported smartphone works with TPG without app?

It's not so much that your phone supports volte, it's more of if TPG supports volte for your phone.

My Pixel 4a isn't volte supported by TPG so I can't make or receive calls without the app.

TPG Top Up Problem

I cannot seem to top up.
I have used the 300min free call and now I wanted to top up a few days ago. I made a mistake to refresh the page, and the top up page was gone. It has been showing "Your order still in progress. Order ID: 5275005" all the time.

I cannot make calls out for the entire week and not able to top up. There is no support available, or don't seem to have any official channels to feedback my problem. Quite frustrating.

Anyone encountered before and manage to solve?

iPhone 6 cannot support TPG VoLTE natively as it used Qualcomm modem.

Need to use the TPG 4G Voice.
Can call other local numbers, not limited to TPG numbers.

I just top up 10 using cc , but in the account page still showing $0.
How many working days will it take to reflect

Thanks. Indeed cc imda works. I already set up GIRO with TPG back in Aug but it said my payment status not updated and cannot renew the plan. Come on! When i cc imda, two days later i received payment receipts for the last 3 months. It was TPG didnt deduct the payment and suspended my services. Actually they could deduct anytime. It was their mistake, but they send message to me saying i didnt update payment status.
I tried to top up the balance, and always facing problem.

Is it something official ? If so , next time will not top up on weekend already .
No receipt receive in email also .
Not sure if the system capture or not . But seems the bank has capture the txn

IMHO.
I am glad it worked for you.
To me, TPG is an organization that makes the customer like me do "work".
Every time I want something, I have to do this and that.

For example, even today, since the last time I checked, I do not know what is the billing cycle to calculate my data. I attribute this to their billing cycle of 30-days. If i ask them, they will just ask me to go into the "My Account" to check which by today's standard, primitive. It's not like my Singtel, they have the app which clearly tell me the cycle.

Moreover, my TPG's 4G is like my previous Singtel 3G speed - to me, it is technologically wasteful.

Still nothing . Going to port over elsewhere if did not see the amount by end of cycle . Disappointing. Cannot even make their “money making program “ working

They were super efficient and effective when I requested to terminate my line. In less than an hour after I emailed them the completed form, it was adios.

i have opt in to continue my free trial to $10/month plan. I topup $50 and after 2-3 months, all of a sudden i received a email saying that i had requested to cancel my phone line, which i have never do so. No possible ways of contacting them. Can't login to my account already. :(
