Hello, new user of simba here..

so I just have a few qns..

hope the pros here can help out pls?

1. Got a sms & email saying
“Renewal of my plan is unsuccessful”
Because I didn’t know they were gonna deduct yday, so I didn’t top up my account.
Immediately I topped it up, and now my account balance shows $12 (for my plan).
But I can’t manually renew my plan anywhere.

will simba auto renew for me now that theres $12 in my account balance?

2. Is there any way to set up a recurring deduction on my cc, or giro?

they suspend your account now is it?

They will try again in the next few days. Dun worry too much.

They will deduct again, and now with sufficient balance, renewal should go through.

SIMBA roaming is divided into Group A, B, C and D.

Previously, the 1GB free roaming data seems to be for all groups. Now, it's only for Group A.

Is it like this all along, or it's a classic bait and switch?

Does anyone have an idea how to get volte working when roaming? im on a volte supported roaming carrier but there is no volte option in settings. I have iphone 14 pro max with esim. Already tried readding apn settings

Group A all along. Previously lesser countries so there was only 1 category. This is there the impression of "All" might have come about. As they expanded the number of countries, they added groups B C and D.

Thanks! IMO, this segmentation adds complexity when SIMBA is known for simple, attractive all-in pricing. They should at the very least provide 1GB of free roaming data for all groups across all plans. It won't cost much when spread among ~900,000 subscribers, yet would significantly reduce hassle.
