If I want to port my exist Simba line to Zym for instance, when is the best time eg 7 day before next 30 days renewal etc?

Anyone has experience? Can advise?

top up via the website in $20 blocks. i did receive the successful top up emails.

The last promo, i have to write in to them also. they did the top up after receive my reminder email.

so for those who have yet to receice it, do drop them an email

They probably did it out of goodwill. All along promotion is top up via authorised dealer.

Don't test the system and later cry foul for not giving you.

tbh it sucks, they give me 100GB but I can only use around 5gb cause recep is too unstable

when its 5G it feels like the equivalent of 3.5G on other network

but oh well its cheaps so can't be choosy

Depends on your usage.

For me Seniors Plan of 1GB Roaming is sufficient for my weekly bus trips to JB. If I were to upgrade to $13, then I would be paying extra of $8 monthly for Roaming that I wouldn't need - $48 extra for 6 months.

Recommend 7-10 business days you start the port out in case you hit issue.

avoid weekend and PH.

Usually travel to Malaysia still need to monitor roaming data usage and switch between two simba for 1gb roaming each.. Troublesome..

So might as well upgrade to $12 get 5gb each month no need panic attack.

Mine is lucky number.... still have 1 year plus remaining. Cannot port out unless I pay few hundred dollars to release the number for porting

Haha. From $12 to $13 just to get 10gb Malaysia roaming I don't think it's attractive.

If need 10gb means you're there for long period, most likely staying there, which you should have WiFi at the place you're staying..

And also, you could probably get Malaysia sim card cheaper in long run?

Don't bother. U r better off with other Telco unless U wan 5G at 3G speed
