This is specifically for porting into into Simba ?
Any idea if this quota is on SImba side or on donor telco side ?
That is, does it depends on donor telco ?
Think quota implemented by our central number registry. There is a limit how many porting can be performed a single day across all telcos.

Ok... got port over 11oct night like 1145pm m1 cut off... (from 08oct) simba line start from 11oct (15 min also count? But can only use 12oct like 0030hrs)

Everything ok but just cannot send any sms to 1218 (saying cannot deliver) mayb try later

If I have a few SIMBA mobile lines under my name, can I see all the SIMBA mobile line's data status? Am I able to top-up in my account then? If YES, how do I go about taking action on it?

Each number is a separate account, separate login, separate top-up to eWallet, can't be viewed as one entity.

When do I know I can change my plan?

Or do I need to monitor it myself?
go to simba.sg, Under Account Management, click "Change of Plan"

Login using yr Simba number

Change of Plan is available between Day 1 to Day 25

I did a change of plan successfully this morning - confirmation email received.

Went to log into the SIMBA app to check if my balances are still there but unable to . Received and error message : Unable to send OTP. Please ensure the number is correct and try again.

Anyone experienced this before or have any idea what's wrong?

try send sms and check?

Type sms in your message app and send to "1218"
