It means it is using 5G network (5G NSA for now) and voLTE (4G Voice). You are okay to use.

Went to log into the SIMBA app to check if my balances are still there but unable to . Received and error message : Unable to send OTP. Please ensure the number is correct and try again.
Anyone experienced this before or have any idea what's wrong?
