On the surface only. Starhub also have their own blindspot that SIMBA cover better.
They complement each other.
need to get both to have higher coverage. ;)
Thx for the information.
i was a Starhub mobile plan for a very very long time so they are not fantastic but still workable for me.

Funny how they put in FAQ that can use whatapp to call, etc. When you dun have a number to sign up with, how the F will that even happen?
They assumed that the data only plan is your secondary sim, and you are using your primary sim to call or WhatsApp. Haha

Anyway I was in Johor last 2 days... their partner telco is My Celcom... no issue with data and connection... only did calls via WhatsApp which didn't pose a problem... so I guess it's good for what it is at the moment...

For your home mobile broadband. There is no number or calls. It's best suited for tablet for mobile router.

You try let us know lor. It's simba experience, nothing different from normal plans.
I still got three months credit 😅

I believe it'd be an 8-digit number for account management, just that cannot be used for calls text OTP and whatnots.

Am wondering, if top up wallet through Shopee, probably that'd be the number to present...?

Edit :
Will I have a mobile number for this Data-Only plan?
Each Data-Only plan will be given an 8-digit service ID. This ID is for you to manage, recharge or renew your plan.

i'm on the $10 plan for few months already

Last NDP got "Top $20 get $5" deal, i top up enough to last me until next NDP :)
so my plan become less than $10/month (25% discount)

but recently i found a shopee top-up seller that accepts voucher
so i can top up $5 and use the lunchtime 50% voucher and get back 200coins ($2)
And can do it every day until account enough $

that's 40% off!

any better hack than this?

The shopee seller disabled the use of vouchers liao
Must be losing $$ or something :p

found another seller but charges $5.20 for $5 top up
