On their webpage, they indicate as 600GB SG-MY data, what does this -MY means? In Malaysia, we use roaming and it is limited to 12GB per month, right? Also, can we voice call a Malaysian number using our Singapore (Simba) number without incurring extra charge?

It depends on the plan .. 12 GB is for Group A

600 GB is use locally + Malaysia

-MY means when roaming in Malaysia, u use local data which is 600GB so effectively u have 600GB roaming data in Malaysia!

For voice call to Malaysian number, I think is still charge at 0.01 per min and uses idd mins.

If u call or receive a Singapore number when u are roaming and uses VoLTE then there is no extra charges.

I have 700Gb sg-my and 15Gb roaming data now lol. Time to move to JB permanently since the local data is practically unusable for me don't even use more than 1gb a month.

have you collected your simba sim card already? what happen to me is that i ported but did not go collect the simcard with the letter after a few days. once collected the sime card, porting was done on the same day (night) as i collected the simba sim card and old sim card was not able to use the next day , inserted simba sim card and it was working.

you might get some teething issues, but it will be resolved after a few days.

Hi, is it just me, or has the SIMBA network been unstable recently? I've been noticing that even though my phone shows a 5G/4G connection, I often can't access the internet. Sometimes, I need to toggle airplane mode on and off to get the connection working again. This issue happens quite frequently, especially when traveling along the Circle Line between Paya Lebar and Buona Vista.

I've been with SIMBA since the beginning and never experienced this until recently.

For reference, I'm using a Samsung S23 Ultra.
