I would think you need to enabled Roaming. But try without enabling & see how...

I sent feedback before but for NEL and told them between which stations and they wanted me to provide postal code??? Like howNorth South Line is 45 kilometres long.
approximately 12 to 15 kilometers underground. Please be specific.
Please feedback to simba to improve that section, they will reply to you

This is getting rather interesting. If anyone here knows how to do that, please share. Network connection aside, I didn't know our underground tunnels have postal codes.![]()
Simba is the best.came back from taipei recently too. no issue at all during the entire stay. really made full use of their APAC 18gb gao gao and lucky still got the Grp A 7 gb
Nope. Was in Labuan for a week and worked flawlessly.Simba's roaming partner in Indonesia is telkomsel and smartfren? Anyone has had any trouble whilst roaming? Thanks
I mean, it's like going to batam to use their ver of Singtel rightIn Batam, telekomsel worked flawlessly and I feel like faster than local simba![]()
Yes. Somehow feels like starhub at least. Vs in sg using simba.I mean, it's like going to batam to use their ver of Singtel right
cos they tied up with the more established telco oversea......... but in Sgp, I believe their hardware ( receivers or transmitter) can be further improved !I noticed overseas SIMBA performance ish sibei songz. But sometimes at home while talking line gets cut off.
You mean simba no. 1 for you overseas?cos they tied up with the more established telco oversea......... but in Sgp, I believe their hardware ( receivers or transmitter) can be further improved !
I am now in Taipei and has finally enjoy Simba service after all these mths.........lolx
no necessity to switch over to Eight which I must do when I am in Sgp.
I think the 8 ($11.80 plan) is also a great alternatives. You mean simba no. 1 for you overseas?

If this foreigner tags along with me, will have the opposite experienceI think the 8 ($11.80 plan) is also a great alternatives.
the keypoint.. the oversea roaming partners of Simba or Eight are with local established company.
Just like if a foreigner local telco has tied up with Singtel .. he will have great coverage when he is in Sgp..
but if that local telco has tied up with Simba instead... he will definitely be complaining day and night when he is here.

I kiasu while I was in Taipei last month.i am in taipei now.........
finally i can enjoy Simba which has been a nightmare based on my location in Sgp.
My last frequent trip was in March. No issue.Just wondering how is the SIMBA roaming in JB of late?
It was kinda lag when I was there months ago
