Spam me sms due to credit card expired and can’t deduct $10
Later restrict my outgoing and cut my data
I updated New credit card details and Wrote them email
They billed me and emailed me receipt but still haven restore my line
Sent chaser emails
It’s been 5 days now

Only 1 invoice is i paid at the pick up location . $5 in cash.

The 10 bucks topup that i did on Sunday (which can last 2 months), bank has billed me in CC statement, but yet to see any invoice and account balance stil 0 in TPG

Sucky system. I made the topup 2 Sundays ago and sent an email also .
no reply and zero balance.

If really on cost cutting and only willing to spend $10 then go for TPG.
If not then suggest better go elsewhere better customer service isp

pay $7 more for MR flashsale with 50GB isn't it better and more reliable

You won't look back after tpg billing are so toxic.

Try MR 50gb $17 or giga 40gb $18 you don't have to worry so much about underground and billing issue

How are the SpeedTest results ?

TPG 4G to me is similar to my 3G speed.
"Customers can enjoy full unthrottled 4G speed " <--- non existent.
