May I ask any issues with receiving OTP type of sms with TPG?..this is my only concern

Used TPG for SMS OTP for a few banks, all seems fine.

If you’re scared, dual sim. TPG for main usage, incumbents (SingTel/M1/StarHub) Prepaid for emergency use and OTP.
Call forward from TPG to the Prepaid SIM also in case no service.

If the Prepaid line is only used for emergency voice call and SMS, the main balance should last quite long. Somemore can deduct $1.40 in main balance for 90 days (all three) or $2.40 for 180 days (M1 only).

but not sure if I can use voice to receive and start a call.

I have 2 questions

1. Anyone is successful in using Redmi note 8 pro after enabling the volte for TPG sim only mobile?
My redmi note 8 pro is not on the list below

2. Also anyone tried video calls using facebook messenger? Below TPG mentioned is not referring to
video call using wifi right?

video call using facebook, whatsapp, telegram, skype...etc are considered as data, nothing to do with volte.

There's no SMS forwarding mechanism, unfortunately.

And this isn't TPG-only, there's no specifications set for cellular networks at all.

for me never had a problem billing..every 30 days they will deduct my CC and send email receipt.

Probably request TPG customer service?

If I am not wrong it will automatically be deleted after the "retention period"?
Not sure how long is the retention period of TPG.

TPG doesn't have mechanism to upgrade users from the Prepaid to Postpaid service.

You're better off porting back your prepaid to incumbents and get a new number on TPG 50GB SIM Only (Postpaid).

TPG is a 4G only mobile service provider.
