Yup.. They can't even handle billing.. Need to wait until they are settled down before trying. Now too scary..

Folks at home using the $5 senior plan since July last year.

They missed charging one month and later bill twice the next to recover. Otherwise, all good and no complains.

It was rather difficult to port out from SingTel CIS plan to TPG and there is a $20 charge at SingTel to change from corporate to personal line first.

Finally, I managed to collect the TPG SIM card today so after some difficulties. I hope the port over is successful on coming Tuesday.

The lesson learnt is never sign up for CIS plan under another person's name or avoid CIS plan altogether.

i believe the $20 is admin fee for transfer of ownership of line from one person to another. Nothing to do with whether CIS or not.

Not really cis. Previous cis contract ended and I just recontract to normal line without any charges.

I wonder if TPG will allow for conversion from their prepaid to postpaid. It'll be a lot easier to jump in from any prepaid line and convert over to post paid at no cost and no hassle since both their pre and postpaid plans also $10.

They don’t even allow migration between Postpaid plans, count on them to do Prepaid to Postpaid conversion in the near future doesn’t make sense :o

so what is the delivery cost? mail to mailbox or need sign?

It should be collection in person. This has been the case for me so far.

I transfer my wife line (cis under my name) to circles (change to her name, no cis), FOC and all went smooth.

so we can first transfer to circles (FOC), then transfer from circles to TPG (FOC again).

save $20 :)
