Have you got the SIM card in your phone with all the settings done?

I've actually not received any email about the line being active (port-in successful) like they told me to expect (2nd email), but the 'thank you for choosing TPG' came through the TPG line.

After collect sim card ,never receive any mail
my port over myrepublic line still active and using now.

Which underground specifically? Tunnels? Mall basements?

I received WhatsApp messages while walking from NSL to NEL, and even when waiting for the train.

Used in some mall basements like Anchorpoint for Safe Entry too.

So I won't say 'no network', but some places do have network.

Can meh? During the trial test, I have tried a few place with wireless@SG but none of them can be connected.

recently switched to tpg. pretty ok, coverage also quite good, in some indoor places where my previous telco has no signal, tpg has.

Was in the train from Novena to Bishan. Couldn't surf and I expected it, so put it aside and took out the other phone with Singtel line.

It's fine for above ground stations.

Usually if safe entry is via underground or basement car parks, then it's hit or miss. Ground level all no problems except those areas like certain parts of Kranji. Lost connection for short while although it was elevated station.

No coverage at all near Sembawang Park area. Quite a large area. But if you switch to Celcom then it's fine. Anyway you have 1GB (or 2GB if you're on 80gb plan) free roaming. So I'm always on roaming when I'm in that area.

But it's S$10 a month so I'm prepared to live with these shortcomings.
