If your line is expired (no payments made), you have up to 21 days (for SIM Only Plans) or 30 days (for Prepaid) to renew.

But for SIM Only Plan, no matter what, the billing cycle is still 30 days from the date of expiry, so if you renew 20 days after expiry, you only have 10 days left for the full speed data.

Failure to do pay, line will be terminated.

It's all listed in the Critical Information Summary.
Line terminated from failure to pay mean my number gone forever and cannot transfer to another network?

or terminated mean no throttle free internet data and free incoming calls & sms until I pay again?

i believe terminated means the line is cancelled, ie the number no longer belongs to u?

Yes, terminated means line gone, number gone, everything gone. Not your name anymore, and since u exceeded the grace (inactive) period, you have no rights to claim back.

Aight, thanks for the clarification. I will port out from TPG to the Changi Mobile $8 then see later if its worth to port back-in again but under TPG $8 business plan instead of the current $10 prepay. Dunno why TPG dont allow to convert plan internally directly just to lose client 😩

Finally got hold of mom's card for a few moments.

TPG VoLTE provisioning does not exist on the Pixel 4a on Android 12 (latest update). APNs have to be manually configured.

So those who want to use the Pixel, note that TPG has no native support. Need the voice app.

Have been using TPG with Pixel 4a for nearly a year. Noticed that recently the TPG connection is spotty when in my Pixel 4a.

Interchanged TPG/M1 and Pixel/Xiaomi to confirm that both the phones and SIM cards are in good working condition. Pixel works perfectly with M1 but hiccups with the TPG sim.

Somehow, TPG in a Pixel 4a just have more and more hiccups recently. I have no data connection for the whole of yesterday evening till late morning today. It just decided to work properly again now.

Pixel users thinking of switching to TPG , take note.

Porting into Business Plan isn't allowed cos the current number is under Individual, not BRN.

No data connection or completely no service? I heard it's due to the carrier update that caused some people to lost service completely for quite a while recently.

They're pushing out updates for roaming partners.

Yep you are right. I tried porting my another number I used for my business from MR (individual) to TPG (Business Plan) this afternoon and when I arrived to collect my TPG sim, I was declined because they only do B2B. They wont refund my $8 back unless I register for a new TPG number (another $8) so they could begin the process of the refund cancellation of my MR. I am also not allowed to change the ported MR plan from TPG Business to TPG Postpaid/Prepaid. I will read the T&C again tonight to confirm if they listed this overly complicated refund rule

just checking if anyone did a performance test between postpaid and prepaid tpg card?
no differences i think as I port my prepaid into TPG, when i collect the SIM card it was a prepaid card I tested the speedtest was around 50Mbps around Orchard 313. next day when it was port over to postpaid i test at my work area (not Orchard of course ) was around 60Mbps.

incase anyone want to know it is possible to port prepaid (non TPG) into TPG SIm only, the route is below

Prepaid (Singtel) -> Prepaid (TPG) -> Postpaid (TPG) porting was done within 12hr

I just got the $10/100GB prepaid and am getting extremely slow speed, even though my phone shows full bars.

Download: 0.96 Mbps
Upload: 6.08 Mbps

Is it normal?

Edit: Well, apparently having full bars is meaningless. Went outside and it was 25 Mbps.

TPG no SIM Card delivery? If one selected to port over from other telco but do not have time to collect the new TPG SIM Card, then when will the old line get cut off?
