1.Just registered online a few days ago for the simba 20gb.
2. There are many numbers to select from. If not happy, press the back button and then search for new numbers again.
3. Once registered, you get an email from TPG telling you to collect it from any of its official stores all over Spore.
4. Went to an official shop in PLQ mall, showed ic and collected sim card easily in 10 min.
5. I inserted sim card into my Samsung tab 4 running android ver 4.4.4 and set the apn to TPG. Wifi works and i get notification from TPG. But calls do not work on this old phone.
6. Download Simba voice. Installed and calls can be received. Quite simple.

Make sure ur APN is set to TPG and not internet

Anyone tried to change their plans with Simba? I want to change to the $18 plan but seems like Simba's system does not allow plan change which is very odd. Customer want to give them more business also cannot...

Need to port out and port in again was what I was told!

Yes correct port out then back in.
They don't have the ability to allow for plan change.

Damn dumb but whatever, probably hardcoded.

got restart phone, set network to auto, set network to manual ? slot simcard to another phone to confirm?

In June, my dotter played WOT Blitz & Roblox on her phone with Simba card while I was driving in Malaysia highway. I would say she has coverage 90-95% of the time, consuming almost 2GB free roaming in 2 days.

The 2GB free roaming data is for real.

Now in JB. Celcom did not connect automatically. Had to do manual connection. After that it works!
