You have to port out and port back in.i am using SIMBA sim only 130gb (80gb + 50gb), how to switch to SIMBA MY130 plan (130gb + 10gb roaming to Malaysia), I still want retain my existing phone. Any idea and what are the steps ?
Port out means port to other telco, then port back to SIMBA? Like that so mafan de.You have to port out and port back in.
There's no way out.
They just don't even have a change of plan mechanism.

How to port out from SIMBA? My current SIMBA billing is monthly auto renewal. That say I switch to Gomo, I just need sign up with GOMO with keep existing phone no without cancellation of ongoing SIMBA plan? Gomo will settle the number porting with SIMBA ? I no need to cancel my ongoing SIMBA plan first before switch to Gomo?If they launch even more attractive plans later, buyer's remorse again.
If they don't think about plan change mechanism (even if administrative charges apply), they would eventually lose customers since people are frustrated.

No. It's clearly stated in FAQ.
Feedback and show proof etc, preferably with multiple handsets (Good if can show the signal strength in dBm too). At least they can't deny and say it's your device's fault (very very usual for telcos to blame the device and not the network's fault).Inside house the signal bar is weak (a few times no signal for less than 5 mins for the first few days). Other than that, seems good for the places I ususally go. Overall I am happy to switch over from other Telco where I had constant internet connection problems on the train in certain area.
I bother whether it's 1 bar or 5 bars as long as there signal. TPG/SIMBA's backend really leaves a lot to be desired tbh. My suggestion is to just go down to one of their service center & it would probably be sorted out in minutes. Not sure...I just dropped an email to their support, hopefully they reply, if not really need to go their service centre already...

FWIW, I opted to collect my SIM card at their store & was in & out in 2 minutes & the card (new line) was working almost immediately.
