I think generally not plan related.. Is location causing bad signal.. Simba is quite bad at some hospital location per my friend whom used in NUH as well..

eh, why show LTE? thought it’s a temporary terminology for 4G?
btw did a side by side speedtest with android phone, same server,
ip14pro achieved 95Mbps down, 0.83Mbps up
realme3gt achieved 3.3Mbps down, 5.8Mbps up

my130 is exclusive online plan i doubt.. u can go ask the CS

cannot switch plan der, i asked them before.
i think only can do port out, then port back in ur number nia.

have to see location one .no test don't know. like some parts of SGH B1 level simba no signal. outram community side is ok,can stream mewatch etc

It's not plan based. The signal at basement of NUH medical centre is bad, near Crave Nasi lemak. I've feedback to them before and will need time to rectify the bad signal.

looks like NUH problem. was at level 17. 1-2 bar.

yes orchard central CS or check with simba staff at counter at neighborhood.. website is always not updated

simi phone you mean before switch,you can tether , but after switch,the settings option disappeared

just a small battery increase not much significant if you charge your phone every few hrs a day, also depends what kind of phone you have
