IMHO.Either that or it's is Exynos problem.
Heard too many horror stories about Orange France roaming, most of the time being Exynos and/or HiSilicon based phones, especially older ones.
I hope no issue with Snapdragons.

Celcom still better than Yes.How's the Malaysia roaming nowadays? I saw the simba list has digi for roaming now, last time the celcom I remember damn lousy.

Actually i think depend on home telco also. Few years back, i used to roam free with M1 EM plan on celcom, the network become not usable after sometime. Need to airplane then off again to use. But using another telco to roam using celcom, i dun have such issue. Not sure if now improve or not.Celcom still better than Yes.
Airplane mode is fine, as compared to having weak/no reception in many indoor spaces.Actually i think depend on home telco also. I feel that now the number of bar no longer can mean better data access. I can have 1 bar and yet surf net without any issue while having full bar but very slow.Airplane mode is fine, as compared to having weak/no reception in many indoor spaces.
For roaming to Malaysia, I would say Simba data connection is much better compare to Vivifi reception.
Vivifi data will drop and need to apply airplane mode toggling, while Simba connection remains good. Based on my recent trip to east and west Malaysia.

Both these telcos don't do change of ownership iirc. For CL, you can transfer while porting in, but I don't know if you can transfer when the number is already within their system. For SIMBA, I can confirm they don't allow transfer of ownership cos I wanted to take over a number from a family member. So you eitherI need some help and I hope someone here can advise.
I initiated porting to Simba from Circles, but submitted the wrong IC during SIM activation. As such my porting failed, and Simba told me to contact my current telco to change the IC.
But Circles told me that they cannot help with change of ownership, and advised me to go to Simba. Seems like both telcos unable to help, and I’m stuck in a limbo.
Anyone has any experience?![]()

SIMBA for example doesn’t advertise 2 months, but you cannot port out before 30 days. Which means you’ll be paying for two months anyway. Both these telcos don't do change of ownership iirc. 1) Port retaining the current owner
2) Use an interim telco that supports ownership change for a period of time. Some of these allow changing the line owner during porting, so you don't need to pay an additional administrative fee.
Just double-confirm with Circles if you can transfer ownership first (you may have to pay an admin fee for that; from my recent experience, Singtel/SH charged $30). Their web site FAQs suggests they only do ownership transfer during the porting process, but I can't find anything for change of owners except at their AU site.
Just note that if you're using a MVNO for this, some of the MVNOs have a minimum term of service to pay, typically about 2 months - read the T&C carefully. Even if you port out early, you will still have to pay for 2 months.
Yes, SIMBA requires 2 months minimum even though its not stated.SIMBA for example doesn’t advertise 2 months, but you cannot port out before 30 days. Which means you’ll be paying for two months anyway.
Activate Call Forwarding in SIMBA Voice app.Any ways to divert/forward calls on my iPhone with Simba to another iPhone? My current phone is cracked and do not wish to carry out with me.
You can set USSD on Simba via roaming network too.Activate Call Forwarding in SIMBA Voice app.
SIMBA don't seem to support USSD for OS Level.
it just works. No extra payment, no activation required. Just connect to the partnered telco.how does the data roaming works?
need pay any activation fee like M1?
