If I have no money and no Cc info with them, they cannot deduct anything right? U will know.

oh yes. not only no money. it seems that insufficient funds will also be left untouched n they'll just msg u.
eg if my plan is $10 type when my bal is 8bucks. they'll msg me abt the insufficient amt.

I just checked. Updated my phone to the latest software and even rebooted. Disappointingly, not yet.

Noticed there is a SIMBA profile though - a Reset Network Settings yields the profile. But it doesn't yet have VoLTE provisioned.

Not available on either stable or beta. Guess it will never get VoLTE support before software updates end come August.

Thanks to the both of you for the info!

A few more months to go and the Pixel 4a will stop having software updates anymore. So I think it won't be VoLTE supported anymore.

Simba updated the supported devices recently. 6 Pro, 6a, 7 and 7 Pro are on the list but not the 6. Perhaps it isn't updated properly.

How come when I called someone sometimes the connecting tone sound like overseas/engage tone? Anyone has any ideas?

For me. I have nothing to complain as far as my work place is concerned. 4G+ VoLTE is always on with SIMBA.

Work place:

Home and my residence area wise, the connection is good too. It's always 4G or 4G+ with VoLTE!

I quite agree wit you. If I ever need to "complain" about the simba $10 plan, is that there could be more SMS, maybe 50-100. For work purpose, I still need to send out sms.

Ya! the $10 plan is really the BOB plan in the world for normal folks.

Hmm...I don't know when was the last time I used SMS for work and for personal purposes lol! At least, a million year ago I guess.

Even my iPad LTE just joined the SIMBA $10 plan, signed up over the counter at PLQ yesterday evening!

A reminder especially when you're in the train or basement of a building, and the reception becomes bad. Check if the connection has changed to WiFi like Wireless@SG, coz many times it happened to me in the train. Just have to turn off WiFi and connection will return. No harm trying.

Hi, can anyone advise on how to receive incoming calls on the Simba app? Am helping an elderly relative with this but I'm not familiar with Simba / TPG. Have no issue calling out via the app but can't receive incoming calls. When the fone rings and I open the app and press on the incoming number, all I get is "Already on call with the contact". But the incoming call still isn't picked up. Can anyone help?

I don't use wireless@sg at all.

My Samsung phone has a feature (I guess most of the new phones have it too) to auto turn-off/ On Wi-FI when the saved wifi networks on my phone are out of range to prevent my phone to search for Wi-Fi network when cell signal is flapping!

I dont use wireless@sg too .. quite unreliable at some spots .. no data.. the samsung phones have intelli wifi thats the culprit

When so much data is given to us nowadays! Wireless@sg is insignificant for us now LOl!

That was why I stopped using wireless@sg years ago to prevent the mentioned issue.

The only wi-fi network I saved in my phone is my house wi-fi! I don't even bother to use my office's wi-fi with my phone at work!

Just disable auto connect to Wireless@SG, won't ever have to deal with it again.

Technically, does Manual Select SIMBA as the "Network Operator" helps instead of letting the phone Auto-Select for Networks?

I ask coz I use Manual Selection to locked on to SIMBA network only!
