Seems like simba still is more seamless with roaming. a lot of praises in the simba thread that their roaming is seamless.
zym will need to improve the situation if they want to retain customers who jumped ship to them.

Lol if zym is not the cheap plan will not stick with them... Roaming is not very important to me at the moment

I've dual-SIM (travel) phone with MY's Hotlink in one slot and M1 in the other. Now that Hotlink Pantas offers
Border Roaming internet pass, good for use in MY, SG, ID, & TH, 40GB valid for 30 days, one-time pass @RM45, I'm tempted to port to SIMBA.

seriously speaking, simba has won a lot of praises with their seamless roaming network. if u travel a lot, seriously consider simba. it's only $10/mth. can use it as a spare line. now with esim, can easily have 3 sims in a phone. haha.

just ported 2 numbers in simba. yay.

However, how does the billing work? usually, for other telco, u just put in credit card and it auto charges every month.

is it different for simba? i cant seem to find where to put in my credit card for recurring billing. Does the subscription charge incur from the ewallet? Can i NOT use the ewallet and use credit card monthly billing instead ?

Think $5-$10 Simba + RM45 ($15) Maxis Hotlink is a good combination for frequent MY visitors / moderate data users..... can seriously consider

another question. sorri. simba noob

i have xiaomi/poco and have enter the code to activate the volte.

now, at the top of phone, it says VOLTE. and also in sim card settings, it has "use VOLTE" activated.

does this mean that when im overseas, people can call me and i can call out (not using simba voice and/or whatsapp )already?

setting up for my kid so wanna make sure its in place. thx

Regular SIMBA ($10) plan? Will deduct monthly from credit card. If deduction unsuccessful, will receive a text then either deal with your CC issue or top up the wallet and they'll deduct from there.

That's my experience, even with a senior $5 plan.

With volte on means you can make phone calls using the regular phone dialer locally or overseas.

Logon to Simba via Online.
Click on your profile
You should be able to see Payment Details and Payment Method
