I just tried the Mall (+60 7-336 9288), can call thru using SIMBA. Similar to Xiaomi number and last 4 digits is different.

I just tried after shutting down. Still can't lei. Wonder what happen to my phone. Is there any settings on phone restricitng the call

U mean u tried (+60 7-336 9288) also cannot? This number I can call thru using simba and a lady answer.

Yes I tried using this no u gave also can't. Maybe time to call simba hotline

I swap sim to another phone and can use. I think is the phone settings. The other phone can't even call out locally.

Go to settings and see if u can do a network reset. I think this will removed all your paired Bluetooth and even saved wifi. Take note.

I did network reset also same thing can't work lei. Strange.

Not too sure which model is he using. If he's using an iPhone, possibility is high. Not too sure about other Android phones. See what he reply when he see the post above.

I did call cus service. After 20mins still can't. Advice me go to Canberra plaza and do settings. Mine is redmi note 8 pro. According to cus see he say should be OK
