Subscribed to SIMBA $10 for its 1G global roaming data. This is better than other MVNO’s roaming plans. Agree that its connectivity is not as good as Vivifi, but some places no signal at all, especially on PIE and trains.

Simba CS tio flood by queries on this $5 haha i bet
overwhelming response to the promotion, but slow reaction to crediting of the $5 credits. It does seems to me the credits are not automated and more like manual. Hence, i expect the $5 credit will be extended for a few days for them to clear backlogs.

Hope next year, they can improve further by giving users both channels to top up, online and retailers shop.

yup. i mean top up via their app which i believe quite a lot people top it up through there
Indeed.
But having this type of promo drives customer to their retailers is also good, maintain foothold n let the retailer hv means to burn off more credit then refill more from them again, a good cycle

we are already the top xx% of people who care about tech and comms. You won't believe how many percents of people don't care at all. I've seen a lot of people still surfing on Singtel / Starhub 3G because of wrong APN settings, and they didn't notice
