Hi all, I just changed my telco from M1 to Simba. However, I am unable to use the Wifi calling for iPhone 12 Pro Max. What seems to be the problem?

Using an Asus Router RT-AC1200G+

Every time i enable it via Cellular > Wifi Calling > Enable Wi-Fi Calling on this iPhone, it will just disable it on its own.

What gives?

SIMBA does not have Wifi calling feature, thus, no such option available on your iP12PM.

Check whether VOLTE enabled, APN set as TPG.
And if all settings are enabled and correct, whether your connectivity is stable at your location.

also Did you set apn correctly simba need set apn manually for ipone

SIMBA does not have Wifi calling feature, thus, no such option available on your iP12PM.

I do have Vowifi with Simba, my handset is Poco X3 GT.

Today in JB Roaming with CELCOM was very bad...got signal bars but not showing 4G+, only shows E...don't know what's that.

On/Off Roaming, Data didn't help

moi using iPhone 14 pro max, under Settings>Mobile Service, also cannot see my simba hp number.

Already toggled "Turn on This Line" under Mobile Service. Network Selection is Simba.

For all the folks with slow local 5g connection with Simba, switch to 4g. It sped the connection up to 40mbps from 3mbps.

And just an update, overseas roaming worked perfectly for me in areas around Vancouver and Tokyo. Just be patient with your phone while it is looking for roaming. Stop fidgeting with it. Took my phone 20 minutes secure a 4g connection and it was just about ready as I finished immigration.

On iphone must manually set if i recall...

follow this guide posted by the guy before me

p.s. "Mobile service" might show as "mobile data" or "Celluar" depending on your iphone language

Thanks Boss SimCard, already did what you suggested, but still cannot make any phone call, my number still not showing up under Mobile Service in Settings (iOS), waiting for Simba to reply to my ticket.

Problem solved! I was dropping packets like crazy, almost 40% packet loss rate. Emailed Simba support and they told me to add username "TPG" to my APN. Fixed the packet loss issues

What did you do to Reset APN?... delete the whole list & reenter everything or just delete APN field & keyin TPG or in the Username field keyin TPG?

I think you are using an iPhone so "Username" while in Android it is only "Name".

However in my Android, further down the APN list there's a field called "Username"...that's where I'm uncertain Name or Username?
