The in-flight roaming services is for the $25 plan and not the 100GB $10 plan. For Cambodia roaming, just take note to turn on data roaming options on your phone and once you land at Cambodia, turn off flight mode and you will be connected to their network and data. Just take note that data roaming needs to be turn on to work for data.
Thank you for your advice. Would it be advisable to purchase or top up credits before flying, just in case I require additional data roaming? Thanks

No harm purchasing/topping up credit/eWallet. If not used it will be used to pay for your monthly subscription ie if balance is sufficient.

Currently able to connect to 5G (NSA).

When I do manual search for network, can see Simba 4G and Simba 5G. But unable to connect to Simba 5G. Only Simba 4G can connect.

Does anyone here able to connect to the Simba 5G under the Manual Network Search.

you can do top on while you are there using simba app, using paynow or credit card. However, if you are scared poor data speeds over there, i'll advise to at least top up $5 for at least 1GB data.

For myself, i'll top up $5 before flying. If i need anymore while overseas, i'll top up another $5 using the app.

Hi, I am with simba for about 1 month plus with their $10 sim only plan. I would like to port out to zym before simba reaches the 2nd month subscription.

The zym customer representative said that it might be an issue to port out less than 2 months.

Anyone tried before and without or with any issue?

Thanks in advance.

1 month plus should be ok. SIMBA minimum subscription period is 30 days if you want to avoid the $30 activation fee.

"An activation fee of $30 is chargeable for termination or port-out within 30 days of plan activation. Additional fee may apply for SIMBA Lucky Numbers."

last time when I was using TPG, landline incoming calls from some banks and government agencies cannot get through. How was it now? Any other telco offer free incoming roaming calls other than Simba and myrepublic?

Can, incoming and outgoing calls to bank, gahment agencies and 1800-xxx also can call through. Only simba offers the free incoming roaming calls, outgoing to Singapore when roaming is also free.
