can transfer ownership to company aft port in to be on $8 biz plan?
I'm not sure about this, You might want to check with their customer service on transfer of ownership from personal name to a business entity.

However I did asked if I sign up a business plan using my business name, what happen when I close my business, their reply was the plan should be terminated because the business entity is no longer in existence.

Should arrive immediately after successful payment and verification from my experience.
That was the usual case for me too. But when I did it today no email for hours. had to go to the service center to ask them why then they sent me the email after a few hours. By then I alr requested for another brand new sim card on the spot for this month already...

Likely an issue with their system since quite a few others reporting delays.

Anyone facing issues porting out of SIMBA? I tried to port over to Singtel, and the attempted to port over was yesterday night. After port over to Singtel, SIMBA line was deactivated. However, the Singtel line was not activated. I checked with Singtel, they say SIMBA did not release the number to them. How ah? My line down liao... Sigh...

I just transferred my Singtel to SIMBA (non-eSIm), they told no downtime, apparently, there was downtime for around 9 to 10 hours, by midnight Singtel was deactivated, and my SIMBA line was only activated after 10am.
If they told me there is downtime, then I would probably sign up during the weekend, instead of weekdays.

No downtime. The simba line should be available immediately after transfer over is successful.

oh really, but I can't activate it, when try to activate keep prompting: "Mobile number details not found!", until I received the email from SIMBA mentioned your number is activated around 10:26am yesterday, then I can activate it 😅

Seems like there are some issues with simba lately. Read that esims are not sent immediately here too.

Typically, just like any line transfer, it is immediate after midnight when they start the process. I've transferred a few lines in the past and all no problem. Wake up next day and it's transferred.

Regarding porting issue, Singtel was saying Simba didn’t released the number. So both Singtel and myself sent email to Simba support. I sent email in the morning, then Singtel line started to active after lunch, then saw Simba support replied that the number was released. At first only outgoing call and data available. Late afternoon can receive call and SMS. So I suppose there is a transition period after port in. Not sure where went wrong though but Singtel side was saying pending Simba hahah.
