Hi, it’s quite often and I had told to reboot his phone every morning. there’s a few times the SIMBA network will go off awhile after rebooting.
Sounds like some issues with sim card. You might want to contact simba customer service if they are able to change a sim for you.

After restart, the phone shouldn't connect and disconnect so frequently

Hi, needed some advice regarding my dad simba line.
He is using Redmi 11 Note with Simba sim and often get no network (Emergency call) error.

May I know was it due to Phone compatible issue or the line got issue?
Staying Tampines.
If it is occuring within an area eg within the home, then does it happen when the phone is relocated elsewhere far from home eg downstairs, malls

Hi, for this I'm not sure and now I remember my bro is using Simba as well although he never mentioned no network but most of the time inside house his mobile data will not load. He is a iPhone 7 plus user. Perhaps my location really not suitable for Simba.

IMHO.
My location also ridiculously slow until unusable for me. :ROFLMAO:
Now 5G, a bit of improvement.

IIRC, I will have intermittent mobile data disconnecting between from 7:30am onwards. I just leave it alone and things will be resolved.

In your scenario, is it on 5G when you're told to reboot ?

Simba 5G can make it meh? Tot the 5G is like 3G
My house at room / kitchen was around 5mbps DLspeed.... i made some noise to simba and gave them the details they want .. they CSO said is normal for 4G/LTE speed 5-50mbps ... 5G 10mbps > 100MBPS

After that the Simba technical guy ask me if has been improved, I notice the speed is around 10-11mbs DL now no 5G logo at my house

I would like to know how to change the payment mode to a recurring credit card. Anyone can share this information, please?

Wah... I below 5 Mbps for 4G - abnormal.
My location the 5G logo, yesterday have, then late into the night, no 5G logo, then morning, have again. I suspect they turn off 5G.
